These Terms and Conditions (Terms), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and any other policies published on the Site, govern your access to and use of the Site and the products and services offered through it.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
When we refer to Siena Collective, we, us or our, we mean Ilu Hub Australia (ABN 61780557021) trading as Siena Collective, unless otherwise specified.

Product Information & Availability
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing and availability information are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, reliable or error-free.
As an online-only store, product availability is subject to stock on hand at the time your order is processed. In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you promptly and provide a refund or alternative solution.
All prices displayed on the Site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
Orders & Payment
An order is not accepted until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
A binding contract for the sale of goods is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, including where there are pricing errors, stock availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payments via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX) incur a surcharge of 3%.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised payment use.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product Use & Skin Sensitivity
We strongly recommend performing a patch test at least 24 hours prior to full application of any new product.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
