We aim to prepare all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Current shipping rates within Australia:
- Flat rate $9.90
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Free local pick-up at Innaloo, Perth, WA
- For International shipping please get in touch with us to arrange a quote
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes or events outside our reasonable control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges.
Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare, beauty or cosmetic products unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you have ordered the incorrect product and it remains unopened and unused in its original packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorisation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details.
We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your product arrives damaged, please email hello@sienacollective.com with photographs of the damage.
If your parcel appears missing, please first check around your property and with neighbours. If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist in investigating with the shipping provider.
